SeaBBQ was born on the Kent coast, where founder James Whitfield grew up watching fishermen haul in the morning catch. After training under top seafood chefs in Cornwall and London, he opened SeaBBQ in Southwark with a single mission: serve the freshest UK seafood cooked simply and brilliantly over live fire.
Today we work with six coastal fishing boats who deliver daily. Nothing is frozen, nothing is shipped from abroad. Just honest, beautiful British seafood, treated with the respect it deserves.
