QuickBite started with one simple belief: fast food should taste incredible. We opened our first kitchen in Clerkenwell with a second-hand griddle and a recipe for the perfect smash burger — double-smashed, never frozen, always caramelised.

Nine years and 200,000 burgers later, we've expanded across London but kept the same philosophy. Every patty is fresh British beef. Every bun is baked daily. Every fry is cut by hand. We're fast, but we never cut corners.
