Grind & Brew was founded by brothers Sam and Tom Fletcher after a trip to Melbourne opened their eyes to what coffee could be. They returned to Shoreditch, rented a small roasting space and started building direct relationships with farmers in Ethiopia, Colombia and Guatemala.
Today we roast all our own coffee in small batches, train our baristas to competition standard and obsess over every detail from water temperature to grind size. Coffee is not a commodity to us — it's a craft.
