Rise & Shine was born from a simple belief: the morning meal matters. Founders Laura and Sam were tired of mediocre breakfast cafés and set out to create a place in Hackney that treated breakfast with the same care and respect as fine dining. Seven years later, we've served over 80,000 breakfasts.
Our eggs come from a farm in Essex where the hens have genuinely free-range lives. Our bacon is from a Derbyshire farm whose outdoor-reared pigs win awards. Our coffee is single-origin, roasted locally and brewed with precision. Morning matters — so we make it count.
